More details
Even in an educational center like Oxford, there is hunger for learning that is going unfed. For many interests, our institutions either do not offer appropriate curriculum or do so on terms that are too expensive or otherwise inappropriate for the learner.

However, knowledge exists outside of instutions, and individuals can assume the responsibility to teach, learn, or share their skills, knowledge, and interests.

By providing a free referral service, we can make the resources of the community accessible to itself: from car repair, to languages, to circus arts.

Similar services have been succesful in from Chicago to rural India.
