More details
anti semtism is forgotten but it's still their anti semitism rose by 20% this year alone , jewish graves have been desecrated a jewish person like me cant even be safe in a synagogue that's why you need a security guide. recently i went to speakers corner to hear an extremist muslim claiming that my religion is inferior , saying jews through zionism want to control the whole world , and that israel was the devils nation ( this is anti semitism ) as 80% of jews are zionists .

saudi arabia before it found out al quaeda had done attacks in saudi arabia blamed zionism . if you have an israeli stamp or they find your jewish in any arab nation apart from jordan and egypt you will not be allowed in . in the arab world jews are routinely caricatured as devil like creatures , and to hate jews such as Woelid shabat has said . their is a progam on in syria and has been on in egypt and jordan spouting the claim to the blood libels .

in france a person was kidnapped and killed for just being jewish . in europe anti semitism is up 20% yet what are we doing about it absolutely nothing people seem to forget tht tackling islamaphobia is the main prejudice but whilst this is an awful prejudice it is not the only dangerous growing prejudice in the world so is anti semitism growing 30% in europe that's awful .

unfortunately whilst i believe israel should and can be rightly criticised some of it boils down to anti semitism especially such comment as israel should be wiped off the map , and why dont you have israel in europe that's where the holocaust took place .

last year on a jewish camp i was on an attack on the sternberg centre in north london was foiled if it had taken place nearly 100 kids could have died just for being jewish .

dont close your heart to the jews campaign against anti semitism now dangerous groups such as christian extremists , communists and facists , extreme muslims have all come together to increase anti semitism

if you dont believe me i'll give you an example 3 years ago i was told by a holocaust survivor in camden when he was speaking to a group that he had received a letter from an anoymous person on chanukah , wish you would have died you would have looked good as a lampshade .

Iran is having a holocaust week ordered by the president to say that the holocaust never happened yet we do nothing .

yet i want to do something i want to raise awareness of anti- semtism it is a dangerous prejudice and we need to do something now please sign my plege

  • In religious Jewish circles a huge emphasis is put on academic achievement. The Arabs for example do not provide as much education for their children as much. You may say this is because they are poor countries but Israel was a poorer a country with fewer resources when it was formed. (and yes I am bunching lots of religions together here but they all appear to do the same thing (with regards to education of their children, I don't mean they are the same religion))

I am not judging any religion. Maybe the Arabs are on a higher spiritual plane than Jews and thus less connected with the world around them. I don't know. But what I am saying is almost every great Jew is famous for their brilliance rather than their strength (the exception being Samson) as things such as Gladiator fights and suchlike are prohibited in Judaism.

Judaism is a semi-pacifistic religion. Jews are only allowed to fight to save their own lives, their property, the lives of others or when ordered to by God.

Yes anyone of any religion can be intelligent. Jews only make up 33% of the elite. If Jews were just more intelligent than everyone they would be over 50% of the elite.

I don't understand what you said about Jews showing their true colours - their anti-Semitism. Jews aren't anti-Semitic that’s self-hate (which is also prohibited in Judaism alongside masochism and sadism).

stephen hoffman, 5 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • Actually an arab leader offered the weight in gold of any book translated into arabic from greek. So naturally people chose the heaviest books, the ones the greek had written on medicene, maths, architecture etc.

He would have it checked by his master scribes before handing out the gold.

  • jonathan you can't deny arabs were excellent in maths , and like many words we use today in english come from yiddish so some to come from islam

remember it was christians not the muslims who started the spanish inquisition .

The purpose of the pledge was to look at anti semitism so yes maybe you have a point , it wasn't to slang other religions off

Also MATISYAHU is a complete legend (great)+ his music is amazing

  • Greetings to you all, may peace and blessings be upon everyone.

May I begin by saying I wish to apologise in advance if I offend anyone at any time through my opinions, comments, information or otherwise.

Equally so if I state or say something that is incorrect which I believe to be a fact, please set me right otherwise there is no way of me knowing it to be wrong.

If I say or express anything that can be deemed beneficial, then all praise be to God for His blessings and allowing me to do so.

If I say or express anything that is detrimental then the mistakes and fault are mine and entirely mine alone.

Dear Colleagues, I have heard differing opinions about the meaning of the words 'Anti-Semitism' from both Jews and Gentiles.

Please can you enlighten me as to its true definition and correct linguistic usage.

Some people from both sides have said it means or refers to a set of or family of languages which includes Hebrew and Arabic and does not express an ethnic or religious identity.

Historically it is said (please let me know how true this information is) that Prophet Abraham was a Semite and through Isaac is the patriarchal branch from which the twelve tribes of Israel are descended.

Since Ishmael was another son of Prophet Abraham, his descendants who are today the Arabs, claim they are Semite as Ishmael's father was a Semite and Arabic is from the same set of languages.

Please let me know if this is a correct assertion. If that is true, then can it be said that to attack Islam and Muslims in general is Anti-Semitism if the case is true for Judaism and Jews in general?

Finally, if anyone wishes to contact me personally for any meaningful purpose by email I would be happy to speak with you. I would especially like to hear from Mr Stephen Hoffman by email.

  • right i will try to enlighten although im sorry i don't claim to be an expert on this , but i will give my own knowledge

right firstly anti semitism is the term used to described those who are prejudiced and discriminate against jews . The term islamaphobia is used to describe those who are anti islam ( prejudiced and discriminate against islam .

The sad thing is today , islam and judaism is becoming very antagonistic towards each other , this process has been happening for around i would say the past six hundred years . The sad thing is that Abraham didn't just start off judaism he also started off islam , therefore jews and muslims have a deeply spiritual bond together which they used until the late medieval ages for good relationships , however this is forgotten today .

Also abraham's son ishmael became a muslim ( thus founding islam) and isaac who was jewish . Therefore this means that the jews and muslims are brothers just like ishmael and isaac were brothers , however like brothers they always seem to fight .

Abraham lived in the middle east i believe this is the term where semite and thus anti semite came from . As both jewish and muslim religions were founded in the middle eastern region , they could both be legitmately seen as semites . however somehow prejudice to describe the prejudice towards the two , had to be different since they are two differing religions therefore islamaphobia was invented to give a name to those abhorrent people who prejudice and discriminate against islam . I hope this was of help

back to the pledge anti semitism is a worrying creed of prejudice forgotten -- seemingly people don't realise it is coming to the fore again and therefore i feel it is my duty to tell people about this awful prejudice

i would like it very much if you would sign this pledge -- however it is your choice and therefore i will not force you to.

  • It's a monoblog, if there is such a thing! OK, if you want some tips, here they are. Say less. Most people will only read a few lines. Be specific, be accurate. Get grammar and spelling checked. Then to publicise, well, there are tips above, email to friends, produce flyers etc. And be a little less ambitious, try less people.

Some People are at last begining to see that the Muslum Nations, collectively, are "Employing a Foreign Policy of Terrorism". And with the help, "intended or un-intended ?", of large parts of the Media, and pictures of "dead children", never mind that many or Most of the dead are self-inflicted, by car bombs. Heads, are turned and then blame, is directed at Israel and the Jewish People. Sad but for some of the accusers, it is ever thus. Regards, ATF.
  • I would just like to point out that on the BBC news today there was a total of 4 sentences about Hezbolahs attacks on Israel, now one might say well so what? The thing is that it was a 25 MINUTE LONG REPORT. They showed film of a person crying, nominally an arab, who was actually an israeli in Haifa who had lost their son in a Hezbolah rocket attack. They critcise Israel for accidentally killing civilians, who due to Mossad being one of the most efficient spy ring in the world were probably Hezbolah members but even if they were ALL innocent civilians, they were at least killed unintentionally, Hezbolah rockets have NOT been aimed at Israeli army installations but at Israeli hospitals and blocks of residential flats, they are actually attempting to kill civilians ON PURPOSE, trying to generate fear, but watching the news one would have thought Hezbolah were innocent bystanders who Israel were randomly attacking. This is true antisemitism. In fact it appears that the BBC have been purposely been inciting racial hatred.

This is somthing the BBC have been doing for years, they have always been anti-israel, but i really think this is a step too far.
Jonathan Hoyland, 5 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • Jonathan Hoyland:

"They critcise Israel for accidentally killing civilians [whereas] Hezbolah... are actually attempting to kill civilians ON PURPOSE"

That's true. However, Hezbollah (as a militia) is a relatively small, completely unauthorised and unofficial group of violent lunatics. The Israeli government, on the other hand, purports to represent a modern and enlightened "first world" state, so the standards of behaviour expected of it are rather different. It depends how you define "intention", I suppose, but to my mind, if you deliberately bomb large sections of a densely populated city, knowing that high civilian casualties will result, then you *do* intend those deaths, regardless of whether they were the primary target. Personally, I don't see how it's much less horrendous to act, knowing you'll kill civilians and not caring, than it is to kill them deliberately.

"...watching the news one would have thought Hezbolah were innocent bystanders who Israel were randomly attacking. This is true antisemitism. In fact it appears that the BBC have been purposely been inciting racial hatred."

Really must disagree with this. There is a difference between 'people' and 'state'. By and large, I quite like British and American (U.S.) people, but that doesn't stop me from detesting their governments. Similarly, the *government* of Israel can be guilty of war crimes, without this being any reflection on the *citizens* of Israel - and, let's face it, they are.

    '10 buildings for every rocket'

    Monday 24 July 2006, 13:54 Makka Time, 10:54 GMT

Southern Beirut has been hit by repeated Israeli air strikes

The Israeli air force has been ordered to hit 10 buildings in south Beirut - where Hezbollah has its headquarters - for every rocket the group fires at the Israeli port of Haifa.

"Army chief of staff Dan Halutz has given the order to the air force to destroy 10 multi-storey buildings in the Dahaya district (of Beirut) in response to every rocket fired on Haifa," a senior air force officer told army radio on Monday... ...
  • okay im in israel at the moment and haven't been on pledgeb for ages cos been on israel tour

on hezbollah they bomb from civilian areas, i have seen a video where they put a kassam in betweenbuildings , they have hidden rockets under schools and hospital and 2 hezbollah people were captured in a lebanese hospital .

HEZBOLLAH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LEBANESE CIvilians

also they started this with and unprovoked attack on israel . israel couldn't do anything .

i have seen bbc news the past couple of days and am quite frankly dimayed by it , i have relatives in the north of israel who every time they hear a sound jump who have moved out of there hjome until the fighting stops

yet the suffering oftheisraelies in the north isn't mentioned

is a jewish state's people life less important than an arab state to them
stephen hoffman, 5 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • Stephen Hoffman:

Just to precis my comment above: yes, Hezbollah is acting horrendously. They are terrorists. Israel, on the other hand, is a "first world" country, and so the ethical standard expected of them is somewhat higher than that expected of a relatively small, loose-knit bunch of nutcases. Sure, Hezbollah don't care about civilians on either side of the border, and that's terrible. Israel's government, on the other hand, *should* care and doesn't - and that's worse.

(Please reread my comment above, too. It was rather more coherent)

As for the BBC's focus, just consider the proportional number of dead civilians on either side before concluding that the reporting is biased.
  • Hezbollah are using 60 year old missiles that have been called "firecrackers". They cannot target properly. Israel has the latest munitions technology. Despite this, the ratio of civilian to military deaths in Lebanon is much higher than in Israel.

You say you have relatives who every time they hear a sound jump, and who have moved out of there homes. Imagine being in Lebanon, where the elderly and sick are unable to leave their homes, and if they do they risk being blown to bits. They are seeing the infrastructure of their country ripped to shreds by Israeli bombs. Many have no food, no water, no doctors, many are horribly injured. They are utterly terrified.

The problem in Lebanon is massive, and in Israel it is relatively minor. If you think the BBC is biased, perhaps you should take a look at these well known international sites (some quotes below).

    http://www.msf.org/
    Medecins Sans Frontieres
Bridge bombing is huge blow for delivery of vital supplies to people trapped in southern Lebanon

    http://www.savethechildren.org.uk/
    Israel
Save the Children focuses its response where communities do not have the capacity to respond. In Israel, the government has excellent systems already in place to respond broadly throughout the country to the urgent and immediate needs of children and families. (there are many paragraphs pleading for money for Lebanon and Gaza)

This is why my pledge is also related to the Lebanon. And it is certainly not anti-Semitic, indeed one person has signed both pledges. Well done that person!

At the end of this conflict, I would dearly love to see Israel's PM Ehud Olmert, my PM Tony Blair and President George Bush stand in the International Criminal Court for War Crimes.

I am sure that the Jewish Rabbis that lead last Saturday's Stop the War March between Hyde Park and Parliament square would share my sentiments.

If you want to stop the violence, join me on the next demo

  • It's terrible that this still happens. Everyone should be free to worship as they please without harassment or death threats. CIVILIZED people know this.
EP, 5 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • I agree. And you know, the solution is so simple. "Be nice to people". Fore example, instead of spending £300,000 on delivering a bomb to a village, give them £300,000 to buy a hospital or a school in that village. Treat them to a nice surprise. In return, Israel would have got gratitude and respect from it's neighbours, instead of Katyusha rockets. But now of course it will he a hundred times more difficult to make friends with those people who's lives have been shattered and have nothing but fear and anger and hatred in their sinews.

I just can't believe sometimes how politicians can be so utterly devoid of basic human instincts and feelings, and a sense of right and wrong not to understand this. Maybe their minds are emotionally immature. Maybe they are completely crackers. Maybe they are twisted up inside. I just want to see them answer for their actions in a righteous court of law.

We all share this planet, and life is an unbelievably fantastic gift. What is going on it the Middle East is very, very, VERY wrong. Words cannot express...
  • I am in Israel at the moment, staying with my cousins, they have taken in refugees to their home, out of the goodness of their hearts, do you see a single lebonease citizen offering shelter to their fellow citizens? No, they are forced to live in tent cities.

Israel have in fact offered to build schools, univeristies, hospitals, etc. for the lebonease but the lebonease government REFUSED, if you look at the number of Israelies displaced it is over 1.5 million, but you don't here about it because the Israelis give shelter to their fellow citizens.

Hezbollah are organised, the UN Peacekeeping force that was in Lebanon specifically to stop Hezbollah building up its supplies said in a report on the Radio that they had NEVER seen a Hezbollah fighter.

Hezbollah said if Israel stops attacking so will we. Israel withdrew for 48 hours, over 200 rockets fell over those days.

the un -- has complied with hizbollah for 6 years

for example 3 years ago the un worked with this anti semitic organisation in helping them smuggle and kidnap into lebanon 3 israeli soldiers

the un for 6 years let hezbollah gather arms through syria and iran on the lebanese border ready to attack israel they did nothing -- in some of the worst cases they even collaborated .

Speaking at a graduation ceremony in Haret Hreik, Nasrallah announced on October 22, 2002: "if they [Jews] all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide."[7][8] The New York Times qualifies this as "genocidal thinking"[9], whereas the New York Sun likens it to the 1992 Hezbollah statement, which vowed, "It is an open war until the elimination of Israel and until the death of the last Jew on earth."[10] Michael Rubin qualifies his goal as genocide too, quoting Nasrallah ruling out "co-existence with" the Jews or "peace", as "they are a cancer which is liable to spread again at any moment."[11] The Age quotes him like so: "There is no solution to the conflict in this region except with the disappearance of Israel."[12]

do not even recognize the presence of a state that is called "Israel." I consider its presence both unjust and unlawful. That is why if Lebanon concludes a peace agreement with Israel and brings that accord to the Parliament our deputies will reject it; Hezbollah refuses any conciliation with Israel in principle." - war like statements sounds to me

  • Anti semitism in USA

Atlanta, GA, August 9, 2006 … The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) expressed outrage over the incident last evening in which members of Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney's security entourage, including individuals associated with the New Black Panther Party, physically and verbally attacked members of the media, spewing racist and anti-Semitic epithets.

"It's astonishing that in a democratic election anti-Semitism still rears its ugly head. Once again some McKinney supporters have resorted to anti-Semitism and racist language and are blaming Jews for her loss to an African-American opponent," stated Shelley Rose, ADL's Southeast Region Associate Director. "The fact that she has frequently included The New Black Panther Party -- which is perhaps the largest organized anti-Semitic and racist Black hate group in America-- in her security entourage is extremely troubling."
Following McKinney's concession speech, a reporter attempted to ask the Congresswoman why she thought she lost. The New Black Panther member interrupted, shouting, "Why do you think she lost? You wanna know what led to the loss? Israel. The Zionists. You. Put on your yarmulke and celebrate."

"This incident is reminiscent of the 2002 campaign in which Rep. McKinney's father "blamed the J-E-W-S" for her defeat," said Ms. Rose. "Rep. McKinney did not distance herself from the anti-Semitic comments then, and her service in Congress has been clouded by a perception that she also harbors such feelings."

  • They have also included a proliferation of anti-Semitic expression and support for the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah, both from speakers and on signage visible at the rallies. Some recent examples include:

During an August 5 rally in New York City, one speaker chanted in Arabic, "Nasrallah dear: bomb Tel Aviv … bomb Kiryat Shmona. Another speaker said, "We need a Hezbollah style organization in this country … resistance."
At a rally in Dearborn, Michigan, on August 1, demonstrators held a sign that read: "Side By Side We Shall Stand Holding Hezbollah Flags In Our Hands!" During a previous rally in Dearborn on July 19, one of the speakers said, "We know that the president is being bought by the Zionist lobby. We know that the (U.S.) Congress is being bought by the Zionist lobby.
Demonstrators at a rally in Los Angeles on July 19 carried signs with Israeli flags and swastikas on them.

  • Stephen-

Thank you so much for bringing attention to this pressing problem. I also think anti-semitism is very prevalent and not always immediately obvious, due to political correctness and the fact that, thankfully, there are nowadays also a lot of people who strongly oppose antisemitism, so it has to hide itself more. One of the ways it appears to do this is by not just criticising Israel, which is legitimate, but by doing so in an extreme and unfair manner. You can tell by the way people phrase things and the way their face srews up.

Seeing the way the BBC covers the war in Lebanon, I was left with the sickly impression that they cared less for the ruined lives in the region than for using the situation as propaganda 'ammunition', to undermine Israel. They tried to present Israeli strikes as random, ignoring the fact that they were on sites from which deadly missiles were launched or guided, or at least thought to be such. Now this may be, as many have reported, because they were actually set up by Hezboullah, who organised rushing ambulances and got people to pose with the rubble, even hinting at death-threats to make reporters toe the line-

    http://hotair.com/archives/2006/08/15/vi...

(To be fair the BBC did after a time have reporters covering the situation in Israel and interviewing people there, though these were more like normal reporting than propeganda pieces.)

As a muslim i am shocked to hear that other muslims would say such a thing that is classified as heresy and blasphamy in our religion. The Holy Torah is our holy book too and direspecting it is like disrespecting the Holy Quran and hence amounts to heresy.also Jews believe in the same God as us muslims which is a fact.Yahweh is the hebrew name of God as ALLAH is the arabic name for God. i oppose antisemitism and oppose all forms of intolerance. rather than muslims and jews blame and fight eachother they should focus on what they have in common with eachother and upon that build a bond of friendship and trust and learn how to co-exist with eachother as friends and not foes.

  • Stephen,I've read most of your comments. I amopposed to anti-Semitism, but I think your lack of education on middle eastern history and the origin sof Abraham, Isaac,Ishmael (a Muslim over 1000 years before the religion appeared on the world scene?) means that you are not the best person to campaign on this subject.

I'm very fortunate in having lived for 4 months in Jerusalem and having taken the time to read up on both biblical history and modern history I think you need to study some more.

Anti-Semitism,which should not be confused with being anti-Jewish per se, anti-Israel or anti-Zionism, is a horrible creed, but it needs intelligent debate to defeat it. I'm sorry, butI don't think you are up to it. You cannot use English grammar correctly, you cannot spell and you have limited knowledge of the subject. I wish you well, but this subject is too important to be trivialised by poor punctuation and historic inaccuracies.

  • It is very important that clergy and lay people of all faiths stand together vigorously to oppose all forms of prejudice and violence, including both Anti-Jewish Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia.

As a Muslim imam, I am very pleased to support this pledge and commend it to Muslim sisters and brothers. In a plural society, we must become advocates for each other and stand firmly against injustices committed against our Christian and Jewish neighbours, part of the same family of Abraham (peace be upon him).
  • okay recently i was speaking to a friend and we had a frank debate about israel what it then turned into was anti semitism

he said israel was created so the jews could control the world , i mean how many bearded jews and i quote from him have you seen fighting sinisterly for control of the world ..

just another example for me that anti semitism is alive and kicking .

thankyou very much muhammad yusuf for your message i oppose all forms of racism and religious hatred and i am very glad you have signed this pledge.

  • The uniqueness of the Holocaust was not the Nazi's determination to kill the Jews of Germany and even of neighboring Poland. Other genocides, such as those by the Cambodians and the Turks, sought to rid particular areas of so called undesirables by killing them. The utter uniqueness of the Holocaust was the Nazi plan to "ingather" all the Jews of the world to the death camp and end the Jewish "race" forever. It almost succeeded. The Nazis ingathered tens of thousands of Jews (including babies, women, the elderly) from far flung corners of the world--from the Island of Rhodes from Salonika and from other obscure locations -- in order to gas them at Auschwitz and at other death camps.

The official leader of the Palestinian Muslims, Haj Amin al-Husseini, the grand mufti of Jerusalem, collaborated in the Nazi genocide, declaring that he sought to "solve the problems of the Jewish element in Palestine and other Arab countries" by employing "the same method" being used "in the Axis countries". Husseini, who spent the war years in Berlin and was later declared a Nazi war criminal at Nuremberg, wrote the following in his memoirs:

Our fundamental condition for cooperating with Germany was a free hand to eradicate every last Jew from Palestine and the Arab world. I asked Hitler for an explicit undertaking to allow us to solve the Jewish problem in a manner befitting our national and racial aspirations and according to the scientific methods innovated by Germany in the handling of its Jews. The answer I got was: "The Jews are yours."

  • Husseini planned a death camp for Jews modeled on Auschwitz, to be located in Nablus. He broadcast on Nazi Radio, calling for genocide against all the world's Jews: "kill the Jews wherever you find them--this pleases God, history, and religion." Professor Edward Said has acknowledged that this Nazi collaborator and genocidal anti-Semite "represented the Palestinian Arab consensus" and was "the voice of the Palestinian people." Yasser Arafat referred to Husseini as "our hero."

Never before or since in world history has a tyrannical regime sought to murder all of the members of a particular racial, religious, ethnic or cultural group, regardless of where they live--not until now. Hezbollah's aim is not to "end the occupation of Palestine," or even to "liberate all of Palestine." Its goal is to kill the world's Jews. Listen to the words of its leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah: "If Jews all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide." (NY Times, May 23, 2004, p. 15, section 2, column 1.) Nasrallah is one of the most admired men in the Muslim and Arab world today. Hitler made similar threats in Mein Kampf but they were largely ignored. Nasrallah has a reputation for keeping his promises.

His genocidal goals--to kill all Jews--were proven by two recent statements. He has warned the Arabs and Muslims to leave Haifa so that his rockets can kill only Jews. And he apologized for causing the deaths of three Israeli-Arabs in Nazareth, when a Katuysha struck that religiously mixed Israeli city. Hezbollah also worked hand-in-hand with Argentine neo-Nazis to blow up a Jewish community center, murdering dozens of Jews.

Nasrallah is a modern day Hitler, who currently lacks the capacity to carry out his genocide. But he is an ally of Iran, which will soon have the capacity to kill Israel's five million Jews. Listen to what the former President of Iran has said about how Iran would use its nuclear weapons:
stephen hoffman, 5 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • Hashemi Rafsanjani, the former president of Iran, has threatened Israel with nuclear destruction, boasting that an attack would kill as many as five million Jews. Rafsanjani estimated that even if Israel retaliated by dropping its own nuclear bombs, Iran would probably lose only fifteen million people, which he said would be a small "sacrifice" from among the billion Muslims in the world.

Now listen to the current President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who denies the Nazi Holocaust, but calls for a modern Holocaust that would "wipe Israel off the map."

Despite these anti-Semitic and genocidal threats, some of the hard left admire Nasrallah and his bigoted organization, as well as Iran and its anti-Semitic president. Others do not seem to take his threats seriously.

For example, the notorious Jewish anti-Semite Norman Finkelstein has said, "looking back my chief regret is that I wasn't even more forceful in publicly defending Hezbollah against terrorist intimidation and attack."

Finkelstein's hatred of Jews runs so deep that he has actually implied that his own mother, who survived the Nazi Holocaust, may have collaborated with the Nazis. If so collaboration with evil seems to run in the family, because Finkelstein has clearly become a collaborator with Hezbollah anti-Semitism and Nazism. Finkelstein's website is filled with Hezbollah promotion, including breathless reprints of Nasrallah speeches. Noam Chomsky, who works closely with Finkelstein, has said of Finkelstein that he is "a person who can speak with more authority and insight on these topics [Israel and anti-Semitism] than anyone I can think of."

The Iran-Hezbollah axis is the greatest threat to world peace, to Jewish survival, to Western values, and to civilization. Those like Finkelstein, who support Hezbollah, and even those who refuse to fight against this evil, are on the wrong side of history. They are collaborators with Islamofascists -- today's version of Nazism

  • what's wrong with a campaign against anti semitism do you not think it's important to speak out against anti semitism .

  • Even Hitler stated that he wanted only to "drive the Jews out of Europe." Some think that Hitler didn't know about the Holocaust. While there is no proof that he did, I feel convinced that he intended to kill off all of the Jews and undesireables in Europe.

Because of my last name (and eating Kosher), I often get mistaken for being Jewish, and I see some of the hidden resentment, even hatred against Jewish peoples. This is awful, and even Zionists have been whipping up anti-Semitism if it served their various ends.

Jim Marrs has been writing and speaking out against antisemitism for a number of years, and he has a few books out on the topic. It's ironic that Henry Ford (who was antisemitic during part of his life) learned about the influence of the Zionists from Jewish passengers onboard a ship he was on for a peace envoy during the first world war.

Stay educated, and don't let anyone pit you against your neighbor. Don't believe authority figures who ridicule private citizens, or who try to get you to ignore others. Don't believe authority figures who try to use subtle threats or aggressive language to keep people quiet.

And if a Jew comes up to you and tries to warn you about something, then damnit, you'd better listen!
