Most people lose 5-10lbs by eliminating soda consumption all together. Most soda is loaded with close to 20 teaspoons of sugar and diet is no better. Sweetners in diet soda's have been linked to cancer and they actually increase your desire for sweet foods. Soda's can also rot your teeth for up to 20 minutes after drinking. Now you know why I am proposing my first of many soda-free summers.
