I was their customer for a year and 11mo. then my fiancee needed a phone so I added him under my plan. Since then t-mobile has tried ripping me off adding extra charges and additional minutes. I have spoke with them many times and they have adjusted the issues. On the 5th of December I recieved a call from t-mobile stating that I owed them 500+ dollers and it needed to be paid right away or a payment arangement needed to be made so service was not interupted. I was told that if I was unable to pay the full amount I could call in and reschedule the arangment if a paid a portion at least. I called in and they told me I still had the balance then they asked me if I wanted to pay. I said I could only pay half now and the rest in 2 weeks. They then told me I couldn't do that because the payment was already going through. Then why did they want me to pay in the begining? I was told by my mother in law that you are fighting against crocked cell phone company's and their scams to get your money. My fiancees attourny said they had just done the same to him when he went overseas. When he got back he called and they only charged him a portion of the huge bill he owed. I don't get the same treatment because I am not a lawyer and don't have the athourity. Please let me know what you think of this and if you are running against this I am a perfect example of their misconduct with customers.
