it is now 7 years since I went into a supermarket, I do all my shopping locally in corner shops, farm shops, local markets and so on and I love it...

i have saved money, eaten better and not had the stress of supermarket shopping

i have long grumbled quietly that not enough people do this - but now if this pledge is fulfilled I will stand out and shout about the benefits
