We are a new group in the Sierra Club in Boston hoping to kick off a new movement pushing for public transportation with more than one purpose. We advocate rail service with the additional connector service we inspired in the Explorer shuttle-bus connection out of the Ipswich ,Mass. train station. With this start our effort is to induce the cultural institutions in the Boston area to in getting the rail carriers( Commuter Rail & Amtrack ) To be mandated with running cultural excursions similar to the way the old railroads once did. Our goal hence is to have car free visitors into the city while serving the cultural establishments. And for the urban dwellers stuck in the city , run excursions out of the city to enjoy the cultural activities that other communities may offer. This said we wish to reach out to those special public spirited citizens to join us or correspond for exchanging expriences frank camarda pubtransit@gmail.com or pubtransport@yahoo.com. 978 500 2319
