More details
We're all fed up with unreliable and overly expensive rail services. Ticket prices are rising and services do not seem to be improving. There are excellent reasons for using public transport over private cars and train travel should not by synonymous with frustration.

The Campaign for Better Transport http://www.bettertransport.org.uk works for more affordable and greener transport. Let's channel our frustration constructively by claiming compensation for bad train services whenever possible and donating any money we save to the Campaign for Better Transport.

Next time your train is delayed ask the staff for a compensation form.
