As one of the many World of Warcraft players who played their favorite class to level 60 only to see it annihilated by a storm of bugs and nerfs, I'm here to say that when I quit, I want it to make a difference. I don't want to roll an alt, I don't want to post "I quit" in General and have some level 2 rogue follow up with "Can I have your stuff?"
I want to make a difference.
I want to protest the indifference, the poor design, the silent treatment, the battle shout fiasco, the shot cooldown fiasco, the massive list of unfixed bugs, our gigantic mess of a talent tree, yes I even want to protest Lacerate. I want to protest the sight of mages dismounting in our deadzone, casting frost nova and then resting a coffee cup on their "I Win" button.
So if 100 other people will quit with me, I will stop paying for the game and write a letter explaining why to Blizzard. Note that when you quit paying for your account, your character it is never deleted, so we can simply pledge to quit until the bugs are fixed and we are no longer the laughingstock of an otherwise wonderful game. Until parties need us, we don't need Blizzard.
Another hunter quitting means nothing, but what happens when they lose $1700/month in revenue accompanied by 100 angry letters? Let's find out.
Following is the contact information for letters to Blizzard, and thanks for your support.

The last thing the game needs is people who stick around complaining about how their class got balanced. Yes there are legitimate issues with the Hunter class (as with all classes), but none of yours count.
This is just like the time you guys complained about Blizz removing the bug that allowed quiver effects to stack. Learn to play the game or play another one; it's not like Blizz is going to miss you from the bags of cash they're making from people who aren't bitching about nothing whatsoever. You know; all those people who actually find the game design to be pretty damn good? There's a lot of them, and some of them even play Druids; you think Hunters have it bad? Play a druid. That's a class that's under powered if ever there was one, but you guys wouldn't know jack about anything that isn't complaining about not being the best PVP class (for the record; by design that's either a combat speced Shaman or a Paladin)
Seriously, just look at your list of grievances; where the hell is the game balance? Of course the mage is going to win; that's what mages do in that situation!
Good ridance to you I say. Perhaps then they'll work on making use of the currently wasted pet potential rather than catering to whining noobs like you guys.
It is full with bugs?
