At present, same-sex couples can only have civil partnerships, and opposite-sex couples can only have marriages, but same-sex couples should be able to get married, and opposite-sex couples should be able to have a civil partnership.
If enough people pledge to boycott the whole unequal mess until it's fixed, maybe the government will take notice.
