Using farmland to rear animals for food for humans uses much, much more carbon emission than using that same land to grow crops.
Cutting down on the amount of meat you eat is therefore a valuable part of reducing carbon emissions that are fuelling global warming.
I'm not setting a specific amount or percentage to reduce your meat intake by, that's up to the individual choice. Remember though the less meat you eat the less of the impact of the climate.
