Pledge “defamationMOJ”

"I will write to the Ministry of Justice on its consultation on defamation but only if 10 people will do the same."

More details
The UK Ministry of Justice is consulting on a rule that could see publishers of defamatory material on the internet face court action just once instead of every time the offending item is repeated. This could see a long-overdue overhaul of a print law being misapplied to online publishing. We need to make sure that the law is changed.
The consultation is at http://www.justice.gov.uk/consultations/... and the email address to send your response to is defamationandtheinternet@justice.gsi.gov.uk
