What if someone releases information, and as a result Blair is indicted by the International Criminal Court, or prosecuted for a serious crime in the UK? For example, someone might release documents showing that Blair had been complicit in the torture of detainees in Iraq, which is prohibited by the Rome Statute. (Of course I have no way of knowing whether Blair is in fact guilty of this, it is just an example.)
In my opinion, the person releasing this information should be eligible for the prize. It demonstrates Blair's fundamental unfitness for office, in the same way that it would if he was proved a liar (over something material).Pete Chown, 12 years ago.
