Please note: The function of Parliament is the Redress of ALL grievances. However, my MP Nick Hurd is guilty of Wilful Blindness, as his PA Jill Brown sent me the following contemptuous FOBB-OFF today: -

John Hemming below shows us what an MP can do for his constituents and NON constituents alike; while endeavouring to RESTORE the Rule of Law in our Kangaroo Courts in the UK: -

Westminster Hall Thursday 17 March 2011
[Mr Peter Bone in the Chair] BACKBENCH BUSINESS - Bill of Rights

John Hemming (Birmingham, Yardley) (LD):

Article 13 is about frequent Parliaments:

“That clearly gives Parliament two functions, one being the Redress of all Grievances...

“Article 9 of the fundamental constitutional law of the UK of course trumps statute and statutory instruments,...

“NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be dispossessed of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his Peers, (Trial by Jury) or by the Law of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right.”

What are the other 649 MPs doing about the Kangaroo Courts in the UK? These MP must be EXPOSED and brought to Justice before an informed JURY forthwith.
