Subject is NYC Department of Homeless Services HomeBase research protocol which denies services to 200 families in control group for two years. Looks to be in violation of Callahan v Carey settlement (1981) and subsequent legal initiatives. I'm not an attorney, hope NYC area attys. will seek justice for these unfortunate families.DrMMcLaughlin, 2 years ago.
