You can never overdose on love, kindness,compassion and spirituality. Any means of communicating to your fellow beings on the planet is lightwork at its finest. The life that many of us lead, fraught with stress and tension, needs all the TLC we can give. It takes very little, but has lasting effect and boundless goodness. A prayer, a kind word, an opened door, a hug, a pleasant greeting reaps infinite rewards.
This is a perfect example of it, and to participate is an honor and a privilege.
