  • I believe that justice would be best served by allowing Sylvia to go to prison. Why Cos the BPI are interested only in the money - they stand to gain nothing and lose everything by putting ordinary people like her in Prison

    Just a thought...
  • It's not a fine yet. It's an arbitrary demand from a solicitor, and is therefore not compulsory at all. Sylvia Price would be much better off finding a good solicitor and challenging this head-on, and I'd happily contribute a tenner towards her legal fees for a defence, but to actually pay this without a defence is essentially to reward a demand for money with menaces.

  • I agree. I would happily give a tenner - or more - to help Sylvia... but I will not give a penny to the BPI or their lawyers.
