More details
I do not agree with the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, and feel extremely let down by my government and in particular the Prime Minister, Tony Blair. I am sure many other people feel like me. Therefore I am going to take matters into my own hands by boycotting Israeli goods and saving the money for the Lebanese people, who really deserve it.
There are at least two websites that help identify Israeli goods:
http://www.boycottisrael.co.uk
http://www.inminds.co.uk/boycott-israel....
The first site points out that Israeli goods have barcodes beginning 729, and the latter site has looked into specific companies. You can choose yourself which companies or goods to boycott.
To find out where to send your money, you can visit http://lebanon.embassyhomepage.com/. You can also phone the Lebanese Embassy in London on 020 7229 7265.
If you think like me, please tell other people to sign up for this pledge, you can do it - and print leaflets - using the promotional links on the right. At least then we can send £1000 of money that would otherwise have gone to Israeli companies to help rebuild their land, and perhaps more if this pledge gets oversubscribed. Lots more... tell your friends...
