For as yet unknown reasons Enom have disabled our account and changed the nameservers of an as yet unknown number of .com .net and .org websites. We have made several calls to their US-based tech support but because it is outside of business hours they have refused to help and continue to tell us the only thing we can do is email their risk management department which reopens on Monday, US time. We have since been hung up on when making further reqests for help. Enom are the second largest provider of Domain registration world-wide and we are perplexed as to why they have disabled our account without any notice, particularly over a weekend. Their Johny Kim intercepted my domain by deception. As soon as they got hold on code number they requested ransom for release, being fully aware, that I've paid for domain until 6th of May 2008, and I've paid for transfer to another registrar. This is highly unethical company using gangsters method of imposing damages to my business, by placing on MY LEGALLY ACQUIRED DOMAIN all sort of advertisement, including DATING, Insurance etc, damaging reputation of my business. Please note - they are unscrupulous liars - in April I received from ICANN ombudsman information, that they put my domain in redemption fro being unpaid, though in numerous correspondence they confirmed, that domain was paid until May 2008.
