The Vegan Society (http://www.vegansociety.com/) has launched the Vegan Catering for All project. The full colour project booklet is helping professional caterers and chefs to learn to offer great vegan meals on their menus. By asking for vegan options in 'ordinary' restaurants, we can support this campaign - and prove that there's demand.
Good vegan food is great for everyone, and appeals to healthy eaters, vegetarians, people with dairy or egg intolerances, those on many religious diets, and groups with one such member, as well as vegans!
