And can you imagine fifty people a day, I say fifty people a day walking in, singing a bar of 'Alice's Restaurant,' and walking out, then friends, they may think it's a movement. That's what it is: the Alice's Restaurant Anti-Massacree Movement, and all you gotta do to join is to sing it the next time" you're in the Stockbridge police station.
Fifty people a day being over-ambitious, however, I'll set the bar at fifty total. Arlo Guthrie's birthday is July 10, and I think we can get fifty people in four days. And if walking inside makes you nervous, well, just stand outside and sing louder. Because "if you wanna end the war and stuff, you gotta sing loud!"
