More details
I believe you all can think of good reasons to do this and I will respect them all.

For me it's festive cheer without the gluttony. I want to kick back against the tradition of worshiping all things shiny. The pretentious smiling under the strain of spending what I couldn't afford. And wanting simply to enjoy a fine meal and share the time with family and friends.

This year I’m 50 so hoping 50 people will join me, one for each year that I didn’t walk on Christmas day.
