I have been reading loads lately on the health benefits of a plant based diet. Google nutritarian, Dr Fuhrman, Caldwell Esselstyn, John Robbins... there are many more. Plat based diets can reverse heart disease and diabetes, prevent strokes and so on. I have been vegan since my eyes were opened in January this year.
