The facts are simple, they should not be whaling under more than one law. The group have never hurt anyone and make no attempt to do so. Sometimes the media can get carried away with what they do, but what they throw on board the ships in that documentary you mention does less harm than tear gas which is used world wide by law enforcers. The fact that no country has ever charged the seashepherd crew of any crime should speak volumes about how they actually work and not so much as viewed by the media. They are the most effective anti-whaling group and we should support there actions on the seas and Greenpeaces actions on the land in Japan to bring about an end to this terrible slaughter.
