With all of the government rhetoric around us 'all being in this together', the announcement that Eric Pickles, Minister for Communities and Local Government, has demanded a £70,000 car (http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories...)to carry out his Cabinet responsibilities is a slap-in-the-face of every hard-working person in the UK who is finding life harder since the recession and devastation of the current public spending cuts have begun to hit home.
If 500 of us come together, I will take part in a collective 'people's repossession' of Mr Pickles vehicle and auction it off, with the money generated going to support community groups who are losing much-needed funding because of the ConDem cuts!
Mr Pickles! The Big Society is coming to take your car!
