This Pledge supports the www.EqualMarriageRights.org appeal for donations in support of Celia Kitzinger and Sue Wilkinson. They lost their life savings as the result of a failed attempt to have their legal Canadian marriage recognised in the UK. They hope to mount an appeal against the decision; a decision which they say "will not stand the test of time."
This pledge originated as part of the "Equal Marriage BRights" campaign at www.BrightsOnline.net/campaigns/wilkinso... showing the support of brights for equality in the civic treatment of sexuality. (You do not have to be a bright to sign the pledge.)
