The newspaper staff of Abraham Lincoln High School will pledge to do their part to keep the school's campus open by picking up trash and encouraging people to show respect for the community. The Lincoln Log serves not only the students of Abraham Lincoln but also the surrounding community, so this pledge is an extension of our responsibility. We are looking for people who care about their school to come forward and join us.
- hold a meeting to set up a Residents' Association and provide coffee and snacks
- give US$500 more to Chinese earthquake aid
- refuse to accept a national ID card
- donate $1000 to Trip to Hell...the Resurrection
