More details
There is a saying that the entire Siri Guru Granth Sahib explains Japji Sahib by Guru Nanak. By understanding Japji Sahib, you can understand the essence of the Guru. Guru Hargobind said that those who sincerely meditate on Japji Sahib and understand its meaning will achieve liberation. It is the most beautiful meditation, and it only takes 15-20 minutes a day, anytime.

Figure out the date 40 days from when you start. You can write this on a paper and post it up somewhere as a reminder.
Enjoy this special time! Hopefully the experience that you have will motivate you to continue on after your 40 days!

On that page you'll see the question "Have you done this pledge?" and a "YES" button for you to click.
After clicking it, you'll get the green tick next to your name, as you see in the list on the left.
You know - I keep looking for that button but I can't find it. Since I created the pledge - is it different for me? I've clicked on the My Pledges page, but can't find anywhere where I can say that it's done. Grateful for your help when you have a moment.
