Please join with me and my family in a donation to the Heifer Project-- a great way to help fight world hunger.
Heifer Project's approach is to equip people to become self-reliant, not to simply give them temporary aid.
This is an opportunity to live out the Word of God by acting on Jesus' call to care for Him by caring for others (Matthew 25:31-46).
If 10 of us donate $50, we will have enough to purchase a heifer. A good dairy cow can produce enough milk each day for a family and their neighbors, as well as some to sell. As the heifers produce calves, they are passed on to others in the community, and the whole community’s welfare is improved.
