According to Harriet Harman, 200 people were put into prison in 2005 following secret Family Court trials.
These people are being falsely labelled as "child abusers" when what they are really doing is trying to protect their children! The family courts slap labels on them, such as Muchausen's Syndrome By Proxy (MSBP), Fabricated Induced Illness (FII) and Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS). PAS was invented by a Pennysylvanian psychologist called Richard Gardner. He was a paedophile.
Using these syndromes, children's lives are being ruined by the corrupt Family Court system. MSBP is being used to take newborn babies from their parents, to feed the lucrative adoption industry!

My experience is that I have been going through the system for seven years, taken to court by a man who I never lived with or had a proper loving relationship with (he was a friend of my father).
I have been threatened with jail several times "if I don't do as I'm told", Ive been kept against my will in a court waiting room for two hours in an attempt to force me to sign documents against my will (I think the legal term for this is kidnapping), and basically our family life has been intruded into in the most disgusting and invasive way.
Should we keep these outrages a secret? I don't think so! What happened to me could happen to anyone in the UK. Secret courts in a democracy?
Come on, please don't let me stand alone on this issue. There are tens of thousands of you out there - come and join me! I'm not asking anyone to do anything illegal - just to stand with me and add your voice to mine, to say, "This is wrong!"

I have been to hell and back with care proceedings and this secret inadequate family court system. I want psychiatric testing stopped in these care/family cases as many parents are often falsely diagnosed with personality disorders/msbp and then it is reported back to the courts by some crackpot expert that they could "emotionally or physically abuse" their children. How can any psychiatric assessment on distraught mothers torn apart from their children be fair assessments?

I have been involved twice with these secret courts. both times i have lost my children. the evidence used again me was baseded lies.
my heldest child is adopted
my younest is living with family members who have abused me in the past.
the court also gave nearly all free time as in weeneds and weekday evenings after school have as been given to the father.
this kind of reduced contact is not fair and just.
also i will had that while the father of my younest repeatedly took me to court roughly 2 years apart no judge as evey slap an order on him to stop im bring is case. the last judge to sit for me case did slap an order on me. I have to ask courts permission to bring any application.

We want justice, not secret and illegal trials and gravy train lawyers who would sell their own grannies for fifty pence and a free balloon!

Children are forcibly adopted from loving families where there has been NO abuse on the psychobable of FII where a social worker deems you 'may' harm your child in the future.
Cafcass act without thought for the children's safety in cases involving child abuse and D.V and recommend contact to violent or drug using parents who use the courts to gain 'control' back over a family that have 'escaped' the violence and abuse.
At mothers for justice we want an end to the secrecy and openess of content without having to 'publish' children's names and an accountability for the 'professionals' involved to do their job as set out in their remit;
'in the best interests of the children' should means just that.

Last week, a mother in your own constituency (Fife) had her newborn baby STOLEN by the SS. You may object to my choice of words and substitute "Stolen" for "taken into care" and "the SS" for "Social services" if you want to. I personally have an absolute abhorance of euphanisms.

You better do something, and fast, because people are getting more and more annoyed about paedophiles having the run of the mill in this country. We all know what is happening, the deliberate breaking up of families. These complaints are reaching the highest realms of Heaven!

You know me as Barbara Richards, the lady who has been complaining so bitterly about first being sexually abused as a child, and further abused in a children's "home" which was being run by paedophiles, then being mistreated by just about ever agency that I went to for help and councelling (or even just a bit of tea and sympathy), how my complaints have been shoved under the carpet by Staffordshire Police, how I have been encouraged to take strong drugs which would no doubt have acted like a chemical cosh had I not had the good sense to chuck them in the bin...the crimes which have been committed against me are piled up so far that they have reached the ears of Almighty God!

There were others, the majority, who dismissed me by writing "Due to Parliamentary convention, you will have to get in touch with your own MP, Bill Cash, regarding this matter". Which, of course, was nonsense, as you well know, because I was writing about a national issue concerning a notorious American paedophile which the Government has allowed to influence a conultation documant on child protection issues rather than my own personal issues by then. I won't be naming you either, you now exactly who you are, and I hope you hang your head in shame today for your cowardice.
By the way, I will not be going hillwalking this summer. I don't want to risk having a heart attack, with head injuries, do I? Plus I am not suicidal, the very opposite actually, as I have great expectations that things really are going to get better for ordinary people very soon. Paedophilia is a cancer in our society, and I will be doing my bit in the next few years to help heal the nation of abuse survivors. I am looking forward to that, so I am certainly not going to go hill walking and commit suicide, innit, nudge nudge know what I mean? I think I have made myself perfectly clear.
By the way, if ever I was broken into (again) and had only documents taken from my house (again), well, I wouldn't be too sad about it. I copy everything, and send copies of my documents to different places.
I should imagine there are people who might read my post and say, "She's a nutter! She's mad!" Well, they would be right, in a way. I am a nutter in the sense that I have balls of steel - I have courage enough to be able to face a paedophile ring and snap my fingers at them and say "Enough already!". I am not intimidated by paedophiles, I despise paedophiles, no matter how far up the heirarchy they have slithered. And of course, I am as mad as hell, a slow burning, determined anger that is the wrath of God. We Christians are allowed to be angry, as Christ was, when he challenged the corruption in the House of God 2000 years ago.

A man from Stafford County Court came and grabbed me as I was praying, I didn't see him as I had my eyes shut, you see. I know the man already, he was the man who came into a little room in the court where two lawyers kept me for over 2 hours, threatening me and trying to force me to sign documenta against my will. I was crying and screaming and banging my head repeatedly against the wall, the whole courthouse must have heard it, and after 2 hours him and another man came in and intervened.
That is what the secret family courts do, they are secret, and they terrorise people.
I don't blame that man though, or the policeman in the video clips, I expect they are all so frightened, everyone is living in fear these days, but I can't live like that any more.
I hope that if I am put into prison you will all rally round and lobby Parliament and flood the newspapers with letters. I do have a few ideas which I won't be revealing to anyone online on how to annoy the living daylights out of anyone foolish enough to put me into jail for committing absolutly no crime at all. I draw inspiration from the conduct of Jesus's diciples when they suffered persecution and torment, and I shall be acting in a similar manner!
I ask that in the event of me going to prison that no-one will commit any crime at all to bring about my release, but to ask God to show you how to help me instead. I would like Psalms 35 to 37 to be chanted outside every secret family court in the UK.
I am not looking forward to being put into jail, but it looks as though that is what is going to happen to me, they have been determined to get me right the way through. The only thing I can do is to bravely face up to whatever they put me through.
Please remember that you will not be in court alone, there are thousands of us standing beside you.

I wrote to you this week, you know I have pleaded with you over my case, and about the cases of other people. You KNOW about these secret torture chamber courts and yet you have not liftef the tip of a little finger to help a single one of us!
I thought you were going to be a great Prime Minister, but I have changed my mind now. Bullying is horrible, and I don't think a lot of a man who can stand by and watch a whole load of little people get bullied. You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself, there are people having their families torn apart because of these dreadful illegal court cases, and you won't do anything to help at all! How disgusting!
