I have spent my last two summers volunteering in the Dominican Republic. We work mainly with Haitian refugees who live on about a dollar a day. We work to build schools and give them the essentials that they are lacking. I would LOVE to be able to bring some extra gifts along with me when I return in the summer of 2009. These children are so amazing and inspiring, but many of them are suffering from extreme malnutrition. Vitamins could change that and bring them back to health, so they can have the energy to play and go to school.

- set up a standing order of at least £5 a month to help the Open Knowledge Foundation keep developing and promoting open knowledge
