  • If you want to truly put your hard earned cash to work, give it to Ron Paul so he can restore the Constitution and get our country back on track.

Giving even 1 cent to Romney is a total and complete waste.
  • "My donation will represent $10 to strengthen the military, $10 to strengthen the economy, and $10 to strengthen the family" I am going to guess.... 100% of it is going to Mitt's pocket books.

  • Very sad. How is this guy considered a frontrunner? Where are his supporters? Should he be a frontrunner because he can write himself big checks and has a lot of business contacts that will also donate? I anybody who doesn't live in Utah really going to vote for this guy?

  • 12 Million to win in all the early states?!! -Haha, Nice try Ronny-boy....you're gonna need a lot more than that! You may be attractive to to the hippies and college punks, but the rest of the country isn't interested in your 'ReLOVEution'. You better stick to delivering babies.

I'm going to the Ron Paul site and read about him. Maybe they are on to something.

  • If anyone is reading these comments and wondering why so many people seem to be so rude, it's just Ron Paul's spam masters trying to put up the facade that Mitt isn't the right man for the job. Just go to http://December7thforMitt.com and make up your own mind.

  • Mitt's support is growing, with these donations, the campaign should get nothing but better. I have very similar positions on every issue. The 1 and only issue I dont agree with Mitt on is that he hasnt done the research on Cannabis. He just watched TV like any other person, and believed the FDA when they said 'Marijuana is bad for everybody' Once he gets a team together, study's the up's and downs of this War on Drugs, I'm sure, he will see the light, and come to the side of true freedom.

If you knew anything about Ron Paul, you'd know that the majority of his support comes from people who aren't young nor hippies.

  • Political Junkie,

The truth doesn't need to be spammed! It's called getting the message out, and over $$$ FOUR MILLiON $$$ in ONE DAY darn well earns me the right to that.

Mitt Romney, I was five seconds away from slapping your bumper sticker on my car. Sorry, but I just got sick of you dodging and weaving. I guess I like straight-shooters, like most Americans.

100% for the US Constitution 100% of the time - Ron Paul's got my vote!

  • I can't believe Rudy or Huckabee's campaigns are trying to frame McCain into the anti Mormon calls in Iowa. That is despicable. I am donate $30 to strengthen the family, $30 to strengthen the economy, $30 to strengthen the military, and $110 more dollars to help Mitt overcome all this religious bigotry.

  • If it wasn't for Ron Paul, I might be rooting for Mitt too. However, There hasn't been a candidate this likely to change our country for the better in quite some time! This is the election of our lifetime, and I urge everyone to do their research and be informed voters. That is our duty after all. If Mitt wins the primary, then he will likely be my candidate to support, but I am praying hard for Ron Paul. Our country, our troups, and the world needs him so badly right now.
  • Finally, a candidate that I can actively support! It's expensive; but it's worth every dollar if we can get someone in Washington with the integrity, business acumen, and proven leadership our nation needs at its helm. To encourage others (and myself) to give, I’ll match dollar for dollar any contribution made to Romney through the end of the year at his website under the fundraiser ID 5171 (up to the legal limit, which I’m nowhere close to). Every dollar counts (double)!
  • Mitt is just another slick politician who will make no real change in this country.

Wake up people! Make a stand for freedom. Vote for Ron Paul.

  • So far Ron Paul's tea party is signing up more people every 6 hours than this pledge has attained to date (Nov 20).

It isn't hard to see which candidate is the real grassroots candidate and which ones are just astroturf.

  • A lot of people are having trouble signing up on this pledge. We're still gaining a lot of members at our MySpace, Facebook, and Shoutlife profiles. With all efforts combined, we have over 1,600 people committed to donate at least $30 on December 7th and 2 more weeks to gain more support!

  • Mit is a waste and MORE OF THED SAME. Give your money to Ron Paul so we can get the government off our backs and put them back in their place.
  • Mitt is fantastic. He'll return competence and decency to Washington. Ron Paul is a wonderful man, and a utopian. This race is between Mitt and Rudy, no matter how much we might want one of the others to win. If you prefer Mitt over Rudy, or vice-versa, a vote or donation to any other candidate is a vote against your preference amongst those leading two. Only they have the numerical support, seriousness, organization and resources to win.

I love the GOP generally, but especially Mitt Romney.

  • Why would I send money to someone who writes articles in the CFR magazine Foreign Affairs? Anyone associated with the CFR is a traitor and needs to be removed from public office. Even one of Romney's LDS church presidents warned of being a part of that group years ago.

As Mormon President Ezra Taft Benson said: "I testify that wickedness is rapidly expanding in every segment of our society. (See D&C 1:14–16; D&C 84:49–53.) It is more highly organized, more cleverly disguised, and more powerfully promoted than ever before. Secret combinations lusting for power, gain, and glory are flourishing. A secret combination that seeks to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations, and countries is increasing its evil influence and control over America and the entire world."

  • This is sad, you can't even get 200 people in the entire country to give $30.

Save your money or donate it to a candidate that really has a plan to fix America, Ron Paul.

  • We actually have over 3,200 people committed. This is just one of the ways people can commit. Also, we will have a lot of people donate that didn't sign anything because of all the extra buzz will will get and we can capitalize on after the "Faith in America" speech.

  • Al Doyle,
You stated, "Anti-Second Amendment, pro-homosexual and habitually two-faced Mitt Romney is Ron Paul's extreme opposite."
Obviously you are not aware of Romney's issues, or The Romney Plan. I suggest you check out www.mittromney.com/issues and you will be corrected.
Please, do your research, because bashing out of hatred or just pure opposition for whatever reasons you or anyone else has, only makes you look like a fool and in turn can possibly make your candidate look like a fool, due to non-educated remarks against his opponent FROM his own supporters.

I will be one of the MANY supporters of Romney and will be donating my $30 tomorrow...I especially like the $10 to strengthen the family, because when children are born, raised, and educated, by parents first and foremost and then by our schools, our country will benefit greatly and our children and grand-children will be "swimming in clean waters." Our children ARE our future. And if you are a good parent and want nothing but the best for your children, and family, you will in turn support Mitt Romney.

  • BTW, Romney's "Faith in America" speech, is my reason for supporting him. Everything he said is exactly what I would have said.

  • Is there a way to track the contributions and see it in real time like the Ron Pual people had?
  • I'll be really glad when Romney wins. He is the fulfillment of prophecy and Heavenly Father's chosen candidate. To deny Mitt is to deny God.

Then we can finally give those anti-Mormons exactly what they deserve. I think the Muslims have the right idea.
  • HOW MUCH DID WE RAISE?!?!?!?!?!

  • The Romney campaign said we won't know for awhile because of the people that mailed in, but it looks like we were just shy of $1,000,000 so great work everyone!
Political Junkie, 4 years ago. Abusive? Report it!
  • Ron Paul is out-fundraising everyone because people are sick and tired of the same old crap that comes down the CFR controlled political pipeline. Romney is no different. He wrote an article recently in the anti-American CFR magazine "Foreign Affairs" (July/August issue) titled "Rising to a New Generation of Global Challenges" where he basically blunders through a pro-globalist viewpoint. He isn't fooling anyone except for the morons (that's morons, not mormons) that are voting for him. Ron Paul is the only candidate who doesn't have a corporate hand shoved up his ass making his mouth move. Do your homework Romney fans, Ron Paul is the only hope for America.
