As simple as it sounds. If the most expensive gift you buy this Christmas is say £50, then that's how much you donate to NSPCC (http://www.nspcc.org.uk/). I've just picked it because I think it's an excellent charity, but it could easily be any good cause close to your heart. If you are willing to spend £x to make someone special happy, then surely you can spend the same to help vulnerable children?
- ask 50 people to 'un-subscribe' to renditions and other human rights abuses in the 'war on terror'
- refuse to accept a national ID card
- refuse to comply with any compulsary ID card scheme.
- hold a meeting to set up a Residents' Association and provide coffee and snacks
