"I will personally give my time and expertise to oversee and assist with the painting and repairs needed for our poor, isolated elementary school in my rural Cambodian homeland but only if 15 other global citizens will will help us with the expenses (about £15 each) for paint, supplies, materials, and food for workers and the children."

Charles, along with being the originator and operator of Recycles.org, a non-profit online recycling network, is also a World Peace Center volunteer.
